Shipping and Returns
Delivery timings
UK: 2-10 working days. Orders are dispatched 2 days a week, 1st class. If you require speedy delivery for a certain date, email us and we will try to help.
Rest of the world: 7-20 working days. At present, we offer international tracked shipping as standard to the USA and Europe.
When to contact us if your order hasn't arrived
UK: 14 working days. Please note that we retain proof of all postage.
Rest of the world: 20 working days.
Do send us an email at contact@breathebyamck.com if you believe your order is lost as we can contact Royal Mail on your behalf for more information.
Delivery costs
UK: Delivery costs £3.95 as standard - this is first class.
Europe & USA: Delivery costs £11.70 as standard - this will be tracked. Australia: Delivery costs £11.25 as standard - this will be tracked.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges for overseas orders placed with us. Once items have left the BreatheByAMCK studio, we are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. If you have any questions about this, please pop us an email and we will assist wherever we can.
Wrong/an incomplete delivery address
In the event of this you must contact us immediately, before the item is dispatched. We won't be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. Hopefully the item will be returned to us, and then we will offer to refund your order (minus postage) or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with an updated address.
Damaged items
If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact contact@breathebyamck.com as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can appropriately address it for you. If we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is clear the error came from the production stage.
Although we take care to package goods appropriately, accidents can happen during transit, and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.
Sunday Breathe Class
You will receive a link to the class shortly after purchase. If you don't see it right away, check your 'promotions’ or ’spam' folder.
Please note: All Sunday Breathe class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the case the class has been re-scheduled by Aicha herself, the customer will be informed via email and the class will roll over to the next available date. All purchased Sunday Breathe Classes are only valid for the date specified at purchase.
